  Wasn't expecting much for £32/night but turned out great. Stayed in worse premier inns for more than triple the price. Service was exceptionally friendly for a chain hotel (although it did take longer to check-in as stuck behind people in front talking to front desk) but happy to accept this as a compromise.

  Not bad, had a few issues with power to room initially. Shame about the size of tv, usually a larger tv especially if in a family room.

  We arrived at around 2am after a very long day, an extremely long journey and in difficult circumstances. The member of staff who checked me in couldn't have been more helpful. Offering to assist myself, my wife, two kids, the sister in law and luggage enough for the lot of them to our rooms. Room was standard premier inn. Breakfast was a slow affair. Typical selection but not so forthcoming with hot breakfast. One bacon, one sausage...felt like I was at a military hot plate again! No coffee and hot water dispenser faulty. Shame but the quality was superb.
